About The Position

The Fidelity Intern Program (FIDTERN Program) is a full-time, paid, 10-week program designed to offer students meaningful, real-world work and projects as valued members of a dedicated team. The program provides students with a firsthand experience of working at Fidelity full-time, with a focus on delivering a best-in-class experience to ensure interns feel a sense of belonging and community, while receiving critical training and development. Interns can expect professional and financial development sessions, mentorship opportunities, and regional events. Operations interns will work closely with clients and business partners to ensure the seamless delivery of Fidelity’s products and services through outstanding customer service support and detailed processing of transaction requests. Internship opportunities in operations could be aligned to a wide variety of business units, including but not limited to Client Experience, Healthcare Operations, Fidelity Fund & Investment Operations, and more.
