About The Position
The Fidelity Intern Program (FIDTERN Program) is a full-time, paid, 10-week program designed to offer students the opportunity to contribute to meaningful, real-world work and projects as valued members of a dedicated team. The program provides a firsthand experience of what it's like to work at Fidelity full-time, delivering a best-in-class experience to ensure interns feel a sense of belonging and community, while receiving critical training and development. The program includes Professional & Financial Development Sessions with exclusive webinars on career and personal growth, senior leader insights, professional communication, workplace well-being, and financial literacy. An opt-in mentorship program connects interns with experienced professionals, and regional events foster connections through engaging onsite experiences and local outings.
Requirements
- Current college student undergraduate who will return to coursework after their summer internship.
- Availability for entire 10-week program from June 7th, 2027 - August 13th, 2027.
