About The Position

The Fidelity Intern Program (FIDTERN Program) is a full-time, paid, 10-week program designed to offer students the opportunity to contribute to meaningful, real-world work and projects as valued members of a dedicated team. The program provides interns with a firsthand experience of what it's like to work at Fidelity full-time, fostering a sense of belonging and community while delivering critical training and development for future associates. Interns can expect professional and financial development sessions, including webinars on essential career and personal growth skills, insights from senior leaders, professional communication sharpening, workplace well-being strategies, and financial literacy workshops. An opt-in mentorship program connects interns with experienced professionals for career guidance. Regional events are organized to build connections with leaders and fellow interns through engaging onsite experiences and social outings.
