About The Position
A & Associates is seeking a dependable and experienced Unarmed Security Supervisor to oversee overnight operations and ensure consistent service delivery. The role requires proactive leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to maintaining a safe, professional environment. The position includes supporting and monitoring parking garage operations. Overnight availability is required on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. The role is performed in person.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in a security or operations-focused role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and respond effectively in high-pressure situations.
- Valid state security license; the posting specifies a valid Security License Class D.
- Professional appearance, demeanor, and reliability.
- Consistent overnight availability on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
