About The Position
A & Associates, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Unarmed Security Officer to help maintain safety and security in a professional environment. The role includes consistent weekly pay and comprehensive benefits. The officer will monitor premises, conduct patrols, help protect personnel and property, manage conflicts proactively, and respond promptly to incidents. The position is in person and requires a security license.
Requirements
- Strong conflict management skills and the ability to handle tense situations diplomatically.
- Familiarity with security protocols, loss prevention techniques, and emergency response procedures.
- Ability to remain alert for extended periods during overnight shifts.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Security license required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine patrols of assigned areas to deter unauthorized access and identify potential security risks.
- Respond effectively to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
- Document incidents accurately through detailed reports for future reference and action.
- Enforce facility policies and procedures consistently, ensuring compliance.
- Provide courteous customer service while maintaining security standards.
