About The Position

DSI Security Services is hiring Security Officers in Birmingham, Alabama, to help maintain a safe and secure environment for clients, their employees, and the public. The role requires professionalism, attentiveness, and a strong commitment to safety and customer service. Officers maintain a visible presence and conduct routine patrols while following DSI policies, client requirements, and post-specific instructions. Available shifts include day, night, third, and weekend shifts.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Reliable transportation and a means of communication.
Basic to intermediate computer skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to conduct routine foot patrols, perform moderate lifting, and work in all weather conditions.
Must pass required background checks and drug screenings.

Nice To Haves

Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Maintain a safe and secure environment through visible presence and routine patrols.
