About The Position

Cascadia Global Security is hiring an Unarmed Security Guard in Monahans, Texas. This full-time or part-time position pays $20.00 per hour, with daily pay available as soon as the next day. Shifts are 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. or 6:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m.

The guard will help maintain a safe and professional environment at client facilities through access control, foot patrols, observation, theft and vandalism deterrence, and reporting safety or maintenance concerns. The role also includes keeping administrative documentation complete, meeting uniform and grooming standards, and performing other related duties as required.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have basic computer skills and report-writing experience.
• Be available to work shifts during nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Be able to handle stressful situations and emergencies.
• High school education or equivalent required.
• Active Guard Card required.

Nice To Haves

• One year of customer service experience preferred.
• One year of security experience preferred.
• Driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform access control.
• Investigate and report maintenance and safety conditions that may endanger the client, its associates, or public safety.
• Patrol assigned areas on foot to maintain visibility and observe unusual activities at client facilities.
• Deter theft and vandalism.
• Help ensure the client, its associates, and facility personnel have a safe and professional work environment.
• Keep daily administrative documentation concise and complete.
• Maintain uniform attire and grooming standards while in uniform.
• Perform other related duties as required.
