About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Tactical Security Officer in Appleton, Wisconsin. The role involves patrolling sensitive environments, assessing risks, controlling access, responding to alarms and incidents, and protecting people and property. Officers move around throughout their shifts and must be able to stand and walk for the entire shift. Two full-time schedules are available: first shift, Thursday through Saturday and Monday, 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.; or second shift, Wednesday through Saturday, 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. The wage is $19 per hour, and DailyPay is available to GardaWorld employees. Applicants with an active Wisconsin security license verified through DSPS may qualify for a $250 gross new-hire incentive, payable after 90 days of employment in good standing and subject to applicable taxes and withholdings. Additional eligibility requirements may apply. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended. Requirements

Be authorized to work in the United States.
Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
Pass an extensive screening process.
Be able to stand and walk for the entire shift.
Have a state security license if required.

Nice To Haves

First aid certification is an asset.

Responsibilities
