About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring an Unarmed Tactical Security Officer in Nashville, Tennessee. The role involves patrolling sensitive environments, remaining alert to potential risks, controlling access to secure areas, and responding to incidents. Officers are expected to be physically active throughout their shifts, including standing and walking for the entire shift. The position is full-time and offers a set overnight schedule: 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. Sunday through Tuesday, 7 p.m. to 1 a.m. Wednesday, 1 a.m. to 7 a.m. Wednesday, and 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. Thursday through Sunday, as listed in the posting.

The hourly wage is $18.68, and DailyPay is available to GardaWorld employees. The company provides a uniform at no cost, a benefits package, and career growth opportunities. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to identify suspicious activity.
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas.
• Respond quickly to threats or incidents.
• Check that alarms and cameras are functioning properly.
• Document incidents and actions taken.
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks.
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents.
• Help ensure the safety and protection of people and property.
