About The Position

We are seeking a dependable, professional, and compassionate Unarmed Security Guard who treats others with patience, dignity, and respect. The position requires excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to remain calm and professional when responding to incidents or emergencies. This part-time position is in Anaheim, California, and is scheduled for Saturdays and Sundays from 8:30 PM to 4:30 AM. Starting pay is $19.00 per hour, with bi-weekly pay.

Requirements

• Valid security license as required by state and local regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and dependable attendance.
• Ability to remain calm and courteous in stressful situations.
• Strong observation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
• Ability to stand, walk, and conduct routine property patrols as required by the position.

Nice To Haves

• Previous security, residential, hospitality, customer service, or related experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the property, entrances, exits, and common areas.
• Conduct routine security patrols and identify potential safety or security concerns.
• Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, disturbances, and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate daily activity, incident, and security reports.
• Assist elderly residents with safety concerns.
• Maintain a visible, professional security presence throughout the community.
