About The Position

CLG & Associates, LLC is hiring an Unarmed Security Officer in Oxon Hill, Maryland. The role involves monitoring and authorizing the entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other people; writing daily reports as needed; and communicating with onsite employees and management. The position is part-time and involves shift work. The posting lists hours as Sunday through Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and separately as Sunday through Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Requirements

• Valid, current Maryland Security Guard Card.
• Completed 12 hours of initial unarmed security guard training, with certificate.
• At least three years of security experience.
• At least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• Basic writing skills and basic computer skills, including Word and Excel.
• Applicants are subject to a background check and drug testing.

Nice To Haves

• Security guard experience is preferred.
• At least three years of customer service experience is preferred.
• Great communication skills.
