UI Designer

The job overview for this UI Designer role is to assume responsibility for designing interactive and intuitive user interfaces in alignment with brand guidelines. The designer will be responsible for designing web application interfaces based on UX/UI principles, serving as the primary point of contact for design-related inquiries, and executing multiple projects across the organization. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3-4 years of proven experience in UI design, proficiency with UI/UX design software and tools, and strong knowledge of layout principles and user experience fundamentals. Prior experience in scale-up companies or startups, product-based companies, and designing for B2B SaaS companies is a plus.

• Assume responsibility for designing interactive and intuitive user interfaces, design components in alignment with brand guidelines.
• Design web application interfaces based on UX/UI principles, including app pages, landing pages, and other interactive elements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for design-related inquiries, both internal and external.
• Execute a number of projects across the organization, effectively managing time and resources.
• Be the supporting point of contact for design-related needs.
• Execute a number of internal and external projects.
• Develop intuitive and user-friendly designs that provide a consistent brand experience across various platforms.
• Handle multiple projects concurrently while collaborating with developers.
• Have a sharp eye for detail and an uncompromising focus on quality.
• Have extensive experience and proficiency with current UI/UX design software and tools, including Figma (must have), Sketch, and Adobe XD.
• Understand current social media platforms and the ability to design for these platforms.
• Have strong knowledge of layout principles, user experience fundamentals, typography, and the possibilities and limitations of digital media.
• Have exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize assignments and work successfully in a deadline-driven environment.
• Work entirely in the English language.
• Prior experience working in scale-up companies or startups (is a plus).
• Experience working in product-based companies (is a plus).
• Experience in designing for B2B SaaS companies (is a plus).
