About The Position

The Twos Teacher creates engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities that support each child’s development. The teacher fosters social-emotional growth by modeling kindness, patience, and problem-solving, and maintains consistent routines that help toddlers feel secure as they become more independent. The role builds meaningful relationships with families through daily communication and collaboration and partners with co-teachers and school leaders to maintain a supportive classroom culture.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have an awarded high school diploma or GED.
• Must have completed 12 Core ECE Units or hold an awarded Child Development Associate (CDA) in Preschool.
• Must have 6 months of prior teaching experience in a licensed childcare center.
• Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and passion for helping children learn through play and exploration.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
