About The Position
Sutherland Bulgaria is looking for motivated candidates for Turkish-speaking Consultant roles with internationally renowned clients. As a Sutherland employee, you can help us find top talent by referring friends or acquaintances! If your referral is hired, you’ll receive a referral bonus. Each referral is reviewed by our Talent Acquisition Team to find the best fit for open roles. If there are no current openings, we’ll keep their information for 6 months and get in touch once a suitable position becomes available.
Requirements
- Speak both Turkish and English at a B2 level or higher
- Be eligible to work in Bulgaria (EU citizen or NON-EU with a valid Bulgarian ID card)
- Join Sutherland on a permanent employment contract
- Complete a 6-month probation period
- Referrals must be submitted through the refer portal before the referred applicant completes their application.
- Referrals are processed by the Talent Acquisition Team and the bonus is paid after the referred employee meets milestone dates.
Responsibilities
- Submit Referral: Log in to SmartRecruiters and submit your friend’s details.
- Notify Your Friend: Let them know you’ve referred them to Sutherland!
- Our Team Contacts Them: If eligible, our Talent Acquisition Team will reach out to start the process. If there are no current openings, we’ll keep their information on file and get in touch once a suitable position becomes available.
- Earn Your Bonus: Receive your referral bonus in one single installment: 100% after the successful completion of the probation period.
