About The Position
Sutherland is running an Internal Referral Program to encourage current employees to refer friends and acquaintances for open positions. This program is exclusively for Sutherland employees and aims to help build an exceptional team by finding top talent. Referred candidates will be reviewed by the Talent Acquisition Team for suitable roles. If a referred candidate is hired and successfully completes their probation period, the referring employee will receive a referral bonus. Referred candidates' information will be kept on file for 6 months if no immediate openings are available.
Requirements
- Must be a current Sutherland employee.
- Referrals must speak both Polish and English at a B2 level or higher.
- Referrals must be eligible to work in Bulgaria (EU citizen or NON-EU with a valid Bulgarian ID card).
- Referrals must join Sutherland on a permanent employment contract.
- Referrals must complete a 6-month probation period.
- Referrals must be submitted through the refer portal before the referred applicant completes their application.
- Referrals must have six months of inactivity if they’ve previously applied before the referral is eligible for a bonus.
- Referrals are valid for 6 months, after which they need to be resubmitted to qualify for the bonus.
Responsibilities
- Submit referral details through the SmartRecruiters portal.
- Notify the referred friend about the referral.
- Refer friends or acquaintances for Polish-speaking Consultant roles.
- Ensure referrals meet the specified qualifications for bonus eligibility.
