Sutherland is running an Internal Referral Program to encourage current employees to refer friends and acquaintances for open positions. This program is exclusively for Sutherland employees and aims to help build an exceptional team by finding top talent. Referred candidates will be reviewed by the Talent Acquisition Team for suitable roles. If a referred candidate is hired and successfully completes their probation period, the referring employee will receive a referral bonus. Referred candidates' information will be kept on file for 6 months if no immediate openings are available.
