About The Position
Sutherland Bulgaria is seeking referrals for Romanian-speaking Consultant roles. This Internal Referral Program is exclusively for Sutherland employees who can refer friends or acquaintances for open positions. If your referral is hired and successfully completes their probation period, you will receive a referral bonus. Referred candidates will be contacted by the Talent Acquisition Team, and if no immediate openings exist, their information will be kept on file for six months for future opportunities.
Requirements
- Must be a current Sutherland employee.
- Referrals must speak both Romanian and English at a B2 level or higher.
- Referrals must be eligible to work in Bulgaria (EU citizen or NON-EU with a valid Bulgarian ID card).
- Referrals must join Sutherland on a permanent employment contract.
- Referrals must complete a 6-month probation period.
- Referrals must be submitted through the refer portal before the referred applicant completes their application.
- Referrals are valid for 6 months and may need to be resubmitted.
- Referrals must have six months of inactivity if they’ve previously applied before the referral is eligible for a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Submit referral details through the SmartRecruiters portal.
- Notify referred friends that they have been referred to Sutherland.
- Ensure referred candidates meet the eligibility criteria for the referral bonus.
