About The Position
This is an internal referral program for Sutherland employees to refer friends or acquaintances for Dutch-speaking Consultant roles. If your referral is hired and meets the eligibility criteria, you will receive a referral bonus. Referrals are valid for 6 months. The program is open year-round, and eligible referrals will be contacted by the Talent Acquisition Team. If there are no current openings, their information will be kept on file for future opportunities.
Requirements
- Must be a current Sutherland employee (Level 1 to Level 6, unless directly involved in the hiring process).
- Referred candidates must speak both Dutch and English at a B2 level or higher.
- Referred candidates must be eligible to work in Bulgaria (EU citizen or NON-EU with a valid Bulgarian ID card).
- Referred candidates must join Sutherland on a permanent employment contract.
- Referred candidates must complete a 6-month probation period.
- Referrals must be submitted through the refer portal before the referred applicant completes their application.
- Referrals are valid for 6 months.
- Referrals must have six months of inactivity if they’ve previously applied before the referral is eligible for a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Refer friends or acquaintances for Dutch-speaking Consultant roles.
- Submit referral details through the SmartRecruiters portal.
- Notify referred friends that they have been referred.
- Ensure referred candidates meet eligibility criteria for the bonus.
