About The Position
Sutherland Bulgaria is seeking referrals for Italian-speaking Consultant roles with internationally renowned clients. As a Sutherland employee, you can earn a referral bonus by referring friends or acquaintances who are hired. The referral program is open year-round, and referred candidates will be considered for current openings or kept on file for future opportunities. To qualify for the bonus, referrals must speak Italian and English at a B2 level or higher, be eligible to work in Bulgaria, join Sutherland on a permanent contract, and complete a 6-month probation period. Referrals are valid for 6 months.
Requirements
- Referrer must be a Sutherland employee (Level 1 to Level 6, not directly involved in the hiring process).
- Referred candidate must speak both Italian and English at a B2 level or higher.
- Referred candidate must be eligible to work in Bulgaria (EU citizen or NON-EU with a valid Bulgarian ID card).
- Referred candidate must join Sutherland on a permanent employment contract.
- Referred candidate must complete a 6-month probation period.
- Referrals must be submitted through the refer portal before the referred applicant completes their application.
- Referrals are valid for 6 months.
- Referrals must have six months of inactivity if they’ve previously applied before the referral is eligible for a bonus.
Nice To Haves
- Referred candidate's information will be kept for 6 months if no current openings are available.
Responsibilities
- Submit referral details through the SmartRecruiters portal.
- Notify referred friends about their referral.
- Help build an exceptional team by referring qualified candidates.
