About The Position
Sutherland Bulgaria is looking for motivated candidates for Norwegian-speaking Consultant roles with internationally renowned clients. As a Sutherland employee, you can help us find top talent by referring friends or acquaintances! If your referral is hired, you’ll receive a referral bonus. Each referral is reviewed by our Talent Acquisition Team to find the best fit for open roles. If there are no current openings, we’ll keep their information for 6 months and get in touch once a suitable position becomes available.
Requirements
- Speak both Norwegian and English at a B2 level or higher.
- Be eligible to work in Bulgaria (EU citizen or NON-EU with a valid Bulgarian ID card).
- Join Sutherland on a permanent employment contract.
- Complete a 6-month probation period.
- Referrals must have six months of inactivity if they’ve previously applied before the referral is eligible for a bonus.
- Referrals must be submitted through the refer portal before the referred applicant completes their application.
Responsibilities
- Refer friends or acquaintances for Norwegian-speaking Consultant roles.
- Ensure referrals meet eligibility criteria for the referral bonus.
- Submit referrals through the designated portal.
