About The Position

As a Trust Programmer Analyst II at Frost, you will implement changes and enhancements to Trust software design plans and help provide high-quality user experiences. You will troubleshoot and resolve user issues by developing digital solutions, review service requests for existing applications, and work with stakeholders to ensure their goals are met and business needs align with software performance. You may provide guidance to team members and troubleshoot escalated issues. The role also requires maintaining current knowledge of and following privacy, confidentiality, and proprietary company policies and procedures, while maintaining open communication and positive working relationships with Trust software stakeholders and other Trust Programmer Analysts. Team members are expected to act with Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 2 years of programming experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications.

Nice To Haves

• At least 2 years of systems analysis experience.

Responsibilities
