About The Position

The Trust Programmer Analyst II implements changes and enhancements to Trust software design plans and develops digital solutions to troubleshoot and resolve user issues. The role reviews service requests for existing applications, works with stakeholders to meet their goals, and recommends actions that align business needs with software performance. It also provides guidance to team members, troubleshoots escalated issues, and maintains current knowledge of privacy, confidentiality, and proprietary company policies and procedures. The analyst maintains open communication and positive working relationships with Trust software stakeholders and other Trust Programmer Analysts, and is expected to act with integrity, caring, and excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 2 years of programming experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications.

Nice To Haves

• At least 2 years of systems analysis experience.

Responsibilities
