About The Position

The Trust Programmer Analyst I assists in developing Trust Software design plans and supports users by troubleshooting issues and developing digital solutions. The role focuses on maintaining Trust programs through coding, testing, debugging, and documenting program updates and issues. The analyst also maintains current knowledge of and follows privacy, confidentiality, and proprietary company policies and procedures, while communicating and working positively with Trust software stakeholders and other Trust Programmer Analysts. The position emphasizes integrity, caring, excellence, and delivering a high-quality user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 0–2 years of programming experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications.

Nice To Haves

• Systems analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Resolve service requests submitted by users of Trust software and escalate more complex issues to Trust Programmer Analyst II’s.
• Maintain Trust programs by coding, testing, and debugging program updates, and document program issues.
• Maintain current knowledge of and adhere to privacy, confidentiality, and proprietary company policies and procedures.
• Maintain open communication and positive working relationships with Trust software stakeholders and other Trust Programmer Analysts.
• Take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes.
