About The Position
LV Petroleum is hiring a Truck Service Advisor to serve as the key point of contact for customers seeking truck services. The role focuses on providing helpful guidance, creating and managing accurate work orders, making knowledgeable recommendations, and handling over-the-counter transactions. The goal is to provide travelers with a seamless and satisfactory service experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience; experience in a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong suggestive selling abilities.
- Basic computer skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
