About The Position

Waste Masters Solutions is seeking an experienced diesel mechanic to help maintain its trucks in New Castle, Delaware. The role involves inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing diesel trucks and their electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems. The mechanic also performs safety checks and emergency service calls, documents work and parts usage in fleet maintenance software, and helps maintain a clean, safe, OSHA-compliant work environment. First- and second-shift options are available.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on diesel mechanic experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
