About The Position

As a coffeehouse leader, the Store Manager leads a team in creating a warm and welcoming space where customers can connect and enjoy coffee. The role involves running the coffeehouse and creating meaningful moments for the community, while leading with craft and heart. Starbucks offers developmental experiences to support the manager’s growth.

Requirements

At least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience, or 4 or more years of U.S. military service.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Entrepreneurial mentality and experience in a sales-focused environment.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
Documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work legally in the country of application.
Ability to work full time, regularly in excess of 40 hours per week, with variable hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
