About The Position

Drive local routes from NFI’s refrigerated dedicated fleet based in Nazareth, Pennsylvania, transporting dedicated reefer freight with tailgate handling to keep communities supplied with groceries. The role offers home-daily routes, late-model equipment with advanced technology and safety features, and weekly pay of $1,300–$1,500. NFI shops maintain an estimated 60% of its trucks and trailers. Drivers may earn safety, referral, and clean roadside inspection bonuses. Health, dental, vision, and prescription drug benefits begin on day one. Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
Hold a current Class A CDL from the state of residence.
Have at least six months of relevant tractor-trailer experience.
Provide acceptable references from past employers.
Meet all applicable DOT qualifications.
Be physically capable of performing job duties, including frequent movement, standing, walking, and sitting; frequent use of hands to touch, handle, and feel; and reaching with hands and arms.
Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 lbs (45 kg).
Be legally able to operate a motor vehicle.

Responsibilities

Perform all duties safely and responsibly.
Follow applicable federal and state laws and regulations, as well as customer rules, standards, and guidelines.
Perform routes, pickups, and deliveries based on customer requirements.
Report equipment problems, accidents, traffic violations, and damage before, during, and after the route.
Safely and frequently enter and exit the vehicle and rear cargo area.
