Drivers are paid weekly, averaging $1,595 or more per week, and receive paid training. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is paid in two installments: $1,250 at 30 days and $1,250 at 90 days. Ryder provides well-maintained trucks that are 36 months old or newer, 24/7 roadside maintenance, and fueling at more than 800 nationwide maintenance locations. Drivers make safety decisions on the road, and the posting says their jobs are protected when they do so.
