Treatment Plan Coordinator
About The Position
ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers is hiring a full-time Treatment Plan Coordinator to support a patient-focused dental implant center. The coordinator manages the Center’s clinical schedule, helps ensure patients and prospective patients have a positive experience, and keeps daily operations running smoothly by coordinating with clinical and administrative teams. The role also supports patient intake and the General Manager with administrative tasks, while maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area. The position offers a predictable Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends required.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Basic computer skills and comfort with electronic record systems.
- Ability to work as part of a team, with flexibility and a commitment to excellence in patient care.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
Nice To Haves
- Previous medical or dental office experience.
- Experience in scheduling, patient coordination, or treatment planning.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the Center’s clinical schedule for prosthodontists, surgeons, clinical assistants, and lab technicians.
- Help ensure patients and prospective patients receive a high-quality experience, from greeting through treatment.
- Maintain operational efficiency through accurate scheduling and communication with clinical and administrative teams.
- Manage patient intake, including forms, scanning records, and check-in and check-out procedures.
- Set clear expectations for patients regarding wait times and next steps.
- Support the General Manager with administrative duties, including deposits, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming reception area.
- Use problem-solving and multitasking skills to support smooth daily operations.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support the Center’s success.
