About The Position

All Smiles is hiring a bilingual Treatment Plan Coordinator in Norwalk, Connecticut. The role supports patient care by greeting and scheduling patients, collecting co-payments, presenting dental treatment plans and financial arrangements, and helping ensure schedules meet production goals. The coordinator also develops reports on production goals and serves as an advocate and educator to help patients understand their dental care plans. The position includes financial, administrative, scheduling, and patient communication duties.

Requirements

• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities.
• Outgoing, friendly, and professional personality.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office products, dental software, and ability to learn new programs.

Nice To Haves

• Two years of dental experience preferred.
• Experience in a dental or medical field with scheduling and insurance verification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and schedule patients.
• Collect co-payments, verify insurance, and complete daily reporting.
• Perform administrative duties, including sorting mail, scanning documents, and photocopying.
• Answer phone calls, provide information, and schedule, verify, and confirm appointments.
• Explain dental procedures, policies, and services to patients.
• Present financial arrangements and policies professionally and empathetically.
• Track and manage cancellations, no-shows, and late arrivals to maintain smooth scheduling.
• Help ensure schedules meet production goals and develop reports on production goals.
• Advocate for and educate patients when creating dental treatment plans.
