About The Position

Hoch Orthodontics is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join its growing team. The role is responsible for educating new patients about available orthodontic treatment options, arranging financial plans, and building strong patient relationships. The coordinator presents treatment plans, explains payment options, follows up with prospective and current patients, helps prepare for patient exams, coordinates referrals to specialists when needed, and assists with local marketing and community events.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in sales or another service industry.
• Ability to build rapport with patients.
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with patients and coworkers.
• Excellent sales skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outgoing, approachable, empathetic, proactive, and adaptable disposition.

Nice To Haves

• College education preferred.
• Bilingual ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Present orthodontic treatment plans, educate patients about their treatment, and address objections.
• Explain patient payment options in accordance with the practice’s financial policies.
• Review pending reports and follow up with prospective patients to schedule treatment.
• Prepare for patient exams.
• Follow up with patients to schedule consultations or begin treatment and help keep schedules full.
• Coordinate referrals to specialists for care when needed before treatment.
• Assist with Local Store Marketing and community events.
