About The Position

Pony Express Orthodontics is seeking an upbeat, friendly, organized, and motivated Treatment Coordinator to support patients and scheduling. The role involves explaining treatment options and costs, coordinating surgery schedules between referring offices and surgery teams, and collecting required information and forms while maintaining positive communication among all parties. The position is part-time, with scheduled hours Tuesday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Wednesday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Pay is $20–$22 per hour. The role is based in a supportive, collaborative dental practice focused on personalized, patient-centered care and clinical excellence.

• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Efficient work ethic and attention to detail when handling clerical procedures, patient data, scheduling, and filing.
• Friendly, positive, and confident communication with patients and families.

• Comfort discussing treatment plans, financial arrangements, and insurance.

• Pass a full-panel drug screening as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and explain treatment options and related costs to patients.
