The Treatment Coordinator helps new patients and their parents or guardians understand proposed orthodontic treatment, explains service fees, and presents payment options. The role also supports a positive image of the practice and calls for strong customer service, communication, organization, and sales skills. The successful candidate works independently, anticipates team and doctor needs, and treats team members, patients, and the Doctor with respect and kindness.
