About The Position
Gentle Dental is hiring a Treatment Coordinator to manage patients through the full treatment cycle, from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance. The coordinator communicates financial planning and available options based on proposed treatment, guiding patients from their first appointment through completion of care. This is a part-time role at the Gentle Dental Moreno Valley office in Moreno Valley, California. Pay is $17.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Requirements
- At least 1 to 2 years of front-office experience in a medical environment.
- Computer literacy.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with QSI or Denticon.
- Bilingual ability.
- Previous experience presenting treatment plans and reviewing service costs.
Responsibilities
