About The Position

Cool Smiles Orthodontics is seeking an experienced, bilingual Traveling Treatment Coordinator to support its Orange County and Inland Empire offices. The coordinator helps patients understand orthodontic treatment recommendations and financial arrangements, answer questions, and feel confident about beginning care. This full-time role travels between office locations as needed and offers $24.00–$26.00 per hour plus bonus incentives.

Requirements

At least two years of dental or orthodontic experience.
Bilingual English and Spanish skills.
Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing financial options.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of dental insurance and treatment coordination.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between office locations.
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

Meet with patients after their orthodontic consultations to review treatment recommendations and next steps.
Present treatment plans, explain procedures, and answer patient questions professionally.
Discuss financial arrangements, insurance benefits, and available payment options.
Help patients feel informed and confident about beginning treatment.
Schedule new patient starts and follow up on pending treatment opportunities.
Coordinate with doctors and team members to maintain an efficient schedule and an exceptional patient experience.
Maintain accurate patient records and complete required documentation.
Travel between office locations as needed to support business operations.
