About The Position

Gentle Dental is hiring a Traveling Treatment Coordinator to manage patients through the full treatment cycle, from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance. The role involves communicating financial plans and available options based on proposed treatment, guiding patients from their first appointment through completion, and helping them achieve healthy smiles.

The position is based at Gentle Dental South Maryland in Las Vegas, Nevada, and requires travel to surrounding offices in the Las Vegas area. The schedule is full-time, 40 hours per week.

Requirements

• At least 1 to 2 years of front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literacy.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with QSI or Denticon.
• Bilingual ability.
• Previous experience presenting treatment plans and reviewing service costs.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients from clinical diagnosis through treatment acceptance.
