About The Position

As a Treatment Care Coordinator, you will help create positive patient experiences using the G3 approach: Greeting, Guiding, and Gratitude. You will welcome and support patients visiting for treatment or calling to schedule appointments, and assist them with financial arrangements for treatment. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Compensation is $23.00–$26.00 per hour.

Requirements

• At least one year of related experience.
• Knowledge of dental terminology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming atmosphere and greet each patient warmly.
• Assist patients with check-in and check-out procedures, including insurance verification.
• Schedule appointments.
• Provide information about services and payment options, guiding patients through their visits professionally.
• Express appreciation to patients for choosing the practice for their dental care, treating everyone with respect and professionalism.
