About The Position

Gentle Dental is hiring a Traveling Treatment Coordinator specializing in perio. Treatment Coordinators guide patients through the full treatment cycle, from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance, communicating financial plans and available options. This role supports multiple dental offices in the listed Washington locations. Requirements

• At least 1 year of front-office experience in a medical environment.
• 1 year of experience in orthodontics (Ortho).
• Computer literacy.

• Previous experience presenting treatment plans and reviewing service costs with patients.
• Bilingual ability.

Responsibilities

• Discuss treatment options, establish treatment schedules, and prepare financial arrangements with patients.
• Monitor patient progress to ensure completion of dental treatment plans, report patient status to the attending doctor, and enter and track treatment plans in the computer system.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance plans, manuals, exclusions, and limitations.
• Submit acceptance forms, including predeterminations to third-party benefit providers, and notify patients of status and financial responsibilities.
