About The Position

We’re looking for a confident, results-driven Treatment Coordinator with a passion for implant dentistry and a talent for helping patients accept high-value dental care. This role travels between multiple offices, partners with doctors, and supports the growth of implant practices. Compensation is $28–$36 per hour based on experience, with uncapped performance bonuses. Requirements

Proven success presenting and closing high-value dental treatment plans.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative sales skills.
Confidence discussing financial options and overcoming objections ethically.
Self-motivated and organized.
Willingness to travel between offices.

Nice To Haves

Implant dentistry experience is strongly preferred.
Open Dental experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Present treatment plans for dental implants, full-arch restorations, and full-mouth rehabilitation.
Build patient trust and clearly explain treatment options and benefits.
Discuss financing options and address patient concerns.
Follow up with patients to improve case acceptance.
Collaborate with doctors and teams to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
Track performance metrics and drive results across multiple locations.
