About The Position

TeamHealth is seeking a full-time anesthesiologist for its elite Massachusetts-based travel team. The physician will provide clinical coverage across multiple facilities in Massachusetts and New Hampshire and will be credentialed at multiple facilities. The role offers experience across varied practice settings and locations, with the opportunity to contribute where clinical support is needed. A willingness to travel, strong communication skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset are essential. The physician must reside in Massachusetts and have at least four years of experience as an anesthesiologist.

The position offers an estimated annual base salary of $650,000, with the opportunity to earn incentives, and a full benefits package. Other support includes 12 weeks of PTO, travel and lodging reimbursement (with lodging and travel booked through Concur), CME support, access to TeamHealth Institute online modules approved by ASA for CME, leadership training and opportunities, support from a national network of anesthesiology experts, and an outstanding risk management program. Benefits also include paid professional liability insurance with tail coverage, guaranteed hours, and access to clinician wellness and referral programs.

Requirements
