About The Position
This position supports a long-term care and assisted living setting with a start date of 10/26/2026, for a duration measured in weeks, offering a flexible shift. Weekly pay ranges from $1,890 to $1,979, with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. This is a travel - temporary assignment managed by Healthforce Healthcare LLC.
Requirements
- Active RN license in Wisconsin or eligibility to practice in Wisconsin
- Ability to work in a long-term care/assisted living setting
- Willingness to participate in a flexible travel assignment
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Prior LTC experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct resident assessments and participate in developing and updating individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed; document administration accurately
- Monitor residents’ conditions, respond to changes, and escalate as needed
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure smooth transitions
- Maintain complete, accurate documentation in resident records; ensure regulatory compliance
- Uphold safety, infection control, and patient-rights standards; provide patient and family education as appropriate
