About The Position

Aya Healthcare is hiring a Travel Nurse Recruiter to cultivate relationships with healthcare professionals interested in travel career opportunities. The recruiter provides a strong experience for travel healthcare professionals by initiating contact, building rapport, and delivering customer service. The role is hybrid and requires working on-site in Aya’s San Diego office at least three days per week. The position focuses on identifying and recruiting qualified healthcare professionals for short-term assignments, educating candidates about travel healthcare careers, and meeting recruiting goals.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred; experience in sales or staffing will also be considered.
• Strong motivation to achieve results and meet recruiting goals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency.
