About The Position

The Recruiter cultivates relationships with healthcare professionals interested in travel career opportunities and provides an exceptional experience through initiating contact, maintaining rapport, and delivering customer service. The role identifies and recruits qualified healthcare professionals for short-term assignments, educates candidates about travel healthcare careers, and works toward recruiting goals in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred; equivalent experience in sales or staffing will also be considered.
• At least 1 year of success in sales, a staffing agency, and/or a metrics-driven role.
• Strong motivation to achieve results and meet recruiting goals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency.
• Passion for customer service and creating great experiences for travel healthcare professionals.
• Career orientation and desire for advancement.
• Enthusiasm for being part of a recruiting organization that recognizes talent.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for short-term assignments.
• Proactively contact prospective candidates, establish relationships, understand their needs, and qualify them for job opportunities.
• Educate prospective candidates about the personal and professional benefits of a travel healthcare career.
• Generate leads through recruiting channels, strategic planning, and referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships with travel healthcare professionals.
• Pursue continuous improvement and career advancement.
• Achieve results and meet recruiting goals.
• Provide client-centered customer service in a fast-paced environment.
