About The Position

The Recruiter cultivates relationships with healthcare professionals interested in travel career opportunities. The role provides an excellent experience for travel healthcare professionals by initiating contact, maintaining strong rapport, and delivering exceptional customer service. Recruiters identify and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for short-term assignments, educate candidates about travel healthcare careers, and build lasting relationships while working toward recruiting goals in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of success in a sales, staffing agency, and/or metrics-driven role.
• Strong motivation to achieve results and meet recruiting goals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain urgency.
• A client-centered mentality and passion for customer service.
• Career-oriented, with a desire for advancement.
• Enthusiasm for being part of a recruiting organization that recognizes talent.
• The ability to create great experiences for travel healthcare professionals.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; equivalent experience in sales or staffing will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for short-term assignments.
• Proactively contact prospective candidates, establish relationships, understand their needs, and assess their qualifications for job opportunities.
• Educate prospective candidates about the personal and professional benefits of a travel healthcare career.
• Generate leads through recruiting channels, strategic planning, and referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships with travel healthcare professionals.
• Pursue continuous improvement and career advancement.
• Work toward recruiting goals and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide customer-focused service to travel healthcare professionals.
