The Shift Leader should be knowledgeable about store operations and Pilot Flying J’s commitment to quality and customer service.

Requirements

• Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficiency with a calculator, computer, and other equipment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check required.
