About The Position
Shift Leaders supervise employees and general store operations. The role provides customer service in response to customer needs and assists managers with tasks that keep facilities well-maintained and running smoothly. The Shift Leader should be knowledgeable about store operations and Pilot Flying J’s commitment to quality and customer service.
Requirements
- Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficiency with a calculator, computer, and other equipment.
- Ability to work as part of a team and interact with hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
- Background check required.
