About The Position

Shift Leaders supervise employees and oversee general store operations. The Shift Leader should be knowledgeable about store operations and Pilot Flying J’s commitment to quality and customer service.

Requirements

• Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficiency with a calculator, computer, and other equipment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Must pass a background check.
