Trauma Surgery NP/PA
About The Position
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) specializing in Trauma Surgery for a locum tenens position in Robbinsdale, MN. This inpatient role involves providing clinical coverage for supplemental needs from May 1 to July 31, 2026. The NP/PA will work a 10-hour shift schedule from 7 am to 5 pm, managing adult and adolescent patients. The role includes responding to trauma alerts, facilitating discharges, handling ER admissions, and daily rounding and management of all conditions. The APP will work autonomously, with backup from a Trauma Surgeon. The facility is a Level I Trauma Center utilizing Epic EMR.
Requirements
- Active MN License
- BC (ACNP, ACGP, PA-C)
- ACLS, ATLS, PALS
- DEA
- NPDB Report
- Local candidate
- Min 1 year of experience
Responsibilities
