The Transportation Specialist tracks loads across all modes of transportation and provides customer support. The role focuses on delivering a positive customer experience while supporting transportation operations. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Schedule delivery appointments.
• Perform freight tendering and carrier selection using a routing guide.
• Monitor carrier performance and compliance issues.
• Perform data entry and complete track-and-trace duties.
• Provide freight pay and claims resolution.
• Wave, allocate, and release orders.
