About The Position
AECOM is seeking a Transportation Intern based in Indianapolis, Indiana. The position is expected to begin in May 2027. The internship provides students with hands-on experience in engineering, design, and infrastructure projects, along with opportunities to learn industry practices, use technology, collaborate with experienced professionals, and develop technical and professional skills. Interns receive duties intended to provide a broad, well-rounded learning experience and help them transition from academic study to professional work. The position follows a hybrid work model.
Requirements
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and have completed at least one year of study.
- Recent Bachelor’s degree graduates may apply if they plan to continue into a Master’s degree and were enrolled in their Bachelor’s program during the most recent school term, with an interest in pursuing an advanced degree in the same or a similar discipline after the internship.
