Transportation Billing & Planning - Part Time
About The Position
The Transportation Billing & Planning role is a part-time, onsite position in Ellabell, Georgia, working 4–5 hours per day. The employee supports the transportation department’s billing, performance management, and planning activities. Responsibilities include managing sales and purchase performance, issuing customer invoices, receiving and registering carrier invoices in the system, and handling other administrative and planning tasks. GLOVIS EV Logistics America provides logistics, warehousing, and inventory services to Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America. The position is onsite in Ellabell, Georgia (Bryan County). Employment is subject to pre-employment screening, including employment verification, physicals, drug screening, and criminal background checks. New hires are verified through E-Verify. The workplace is drug-free and tobacco-free.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in billing and invoicing or finance.
- Proficiency in Excel, data analysis tools, and PowerPoint.
- Communication skills with customers and carriers.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of MES, TMS, WMS, or other logistics or transportation systems.
